AdrenalineBadge is an India-focused rider safety initiative. From day one, our product has been designed for Indian roads, Indian riders, and Indian emergency contexts.

This change is part of a broader system upgrade aimed at:

• Supporting future features and scalability

Domain migrations are a normal and common step in the early stages of building a technology-backed product. Rather than applying temporary fixes, we chose to implement a clean, long-term solution that will support AdrenalineBadge as it grows.

What This Means for Existing AdrenalineBadge Stickers

​

Some of our early AdrenalineBadge stickers—including QR code and NFC-enabled stickers—were linked to our earlier .com domain.

​

During this migration period:

• The QR code and NFC scan on some existing stickers may not function as intended

• This is due to the domain transition and backend infrastructure updates

• No personal data has been lost

• No customer information has been compromised

• This does not reflect a defect in the physical sticker or product material

Because AdrenalineBadge is designed for emergency use, we believe it is critical that every deployed sticker works perfectly and consistently. If there is even a small chance of confusion during an emergency, it must be addressed properly—not temporarily.

That is why we have chosen to pause reliance on affected QR/NFC links and issue replacements, rather than pushing users to work around partial fixes.

Our Commitment to Early Customers: Free Replacement

​

To every customer who purchased an AdrenalineBadge sticker during the early rollout phase:

​You will receive a brand-new, updated AdrenalineBadge sticker at absolutely no cost.

​

This includes:

• Updated QR/NFC linkage

• Updated domain alignment

• Improved backend stability

• Full functionality under the new .in platform

There will be:

• ❌ No replacement fee

• ❌ No shipping cost
